I cannot receive SMS to verify my phone number, what do I do?

If you are facing any difficulties not receiving SMS to verify your contact number, please try these options:

1. Make sure when adding, please use the (+) sign followed by country code and your number with no space. (e.g. [phone])

2. Switch on Airplane mode or restart your phone. Afterward please request an OTP to verify the phone number

3. Reinstall your SIM card and request a new OTP

4. Request with a different phone provider to receive a new OTP

Please reach out to the customer support if you are still facing delay receiving OTP after trying all the above options.
