What to do if I lost my phone?

If your wallet has higher security level or you have enabled 2FA on your phone, please follow below;

1. You can Log-in to the system normally and when the app asks for the 2FA, please click on the "Lost my devices" below the 2FA password field.
2. Then system will ask your secret question and answer.
3. After that you can get into the application and your 2FA will be disabled automatically.
