What is Wallet Key?

Wallet Key is a unique (secret) code which encrypts your wallet. Your wallet's private key is encrypted with the PIN code and securely stored at our server depends on your chosen security level. Recommended for the Advanced and Medium levels of Account Security. Click here to learn more.

You get encrypted your Wallet Key on the «Wallet Setup» page by email or SMS when you first create your Everex Wallet.

Note: Please keep your wallet key in a safe place & do not give your wallet key to anyone. Without this wallet key, you will not have access to your funds. 

Otherwise, there's no way for us to recover your Wallet Key if you forget or lose it.
